PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy : for short stays (<7 nights)								Reservations must be cancelled no later than  96 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge. In case of No-Show or late cancellation the amount of  100% of the first night and 50% of all following nihgts will be debited your credit card.
Cancellation Policy : for long stays (> 7 nights)								you will be asked to sign a cancellation assurance of 18.45 € for the entire stay.
Prepayment : Payment :								25% of the total amount will be debited your credit card once the final reservation is made. upon check in (the remaining 75%)
Caution for stays longer then 7 nights :								300 €, handled back to you upon check out.
Check in : Check out :								17 hours / 5 pm 11 hours / 10 am

Please note that the residence is closed between 13 - 14 hours and after 20:00 hours. In case of check in between or after these hours please notify the staff  in advance.

In deciding to be different, Residhotel Imperial Rennequin has blown away all hotel conventions, including the lobby and the reception desk. Why waste space where it is never used instead of investing it in the guest rooms. The check in is made in the office next door and the tiny bureau by the front door is for the house guardian, this is an overall well organised and functional hotel.
