Located in a building from the 15th century on the Left Bank, Villa d’Estrées opened up in December 2002 after a total reno-vation. Now this boutique hotel offers 10 spacious, refurbished rooms at the very hearth of old, historic Paris. You are one street away from the famous "Place St Michel", and a little bit further up on "Boulevard St Michel" the "Sorbonne University".  You are also only at few minutes to foot from the "St Germain des Prés"-area with boutique shopping chez "Yves St Laurent" or "Chanel".

Tucked away in a corner, an elegant reception-desk is overlooking the small reception area of Hotel Villa d’Estrée. The lobby has the style and atmosphere of a somewhat unconventional town house with it’s black wooden posters and lacquer furniture, it’s  here you take the breakfast in the morning.
The space has been entirely invested in the guest rooms large and airy,  the ambition of the hotel renovation was to create timeless and sophisticated rooms in a  distinct historic atmosphere. Carefully selected wallpaper and tissue abound, but the interior never threatens to become fussy or over-decorated, the final result is inviting and welcoming.

The hotel own restaurant, across the street, is a popular lunch-time haunt for Parisians as well as tourists. The food is like the hotel design - an attractiv mix of modern and classic

Turning right when leaving the hotel and after crossing the Seine River you reach Notre Dame and the two islands Ile de la Cite and Ile St. Louis, this is geographically and historically seen the centre of Paris? but you can also turn left and then reach the  Latin Quarters. If you continue walking uphill, you’ll find Pantheon and the Luxembourg Gardens, a big park meticulously cared for, situated in the north-west part of the park, fronting rue de Vaugirard you will find Palais du Luxembourg that was designed in the early 17th century for Queen Marie de Medicis, here you can lay up your tired feet and rest after a long day in Paris.
