Restaurant								Café Cosy is open everyday from 07:30 until 02:00 in the morning and serve breakfast for 7 €, lunch for approximately 13 € and dinner for approximately 15 €. Brunch on Sunday mornings: 26 €.

Cancellation Policy								Reservations must be cancelled no later than 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge. In case of No-Show or late cancellation the rate of one night per room cancelled will be debited your credit card for stays of less then 4 nights and the rate of two nights per room for stays longer then 4 nights.

Hotel Cosy opened up in 2004 under new management and the entire hotel had a lifting. The rooms are of the normal small Parisian size and they are all modern in decoration with an evident preference for smooth and "cosy" colours. The bathrooms or WC’s are incorporated in a corner of the room and the situation does not always allow a proper door to separate the two, nevertheless there is always some kind of a separation like a drapery or a board to allow a minimum of privacy.

 

Please note there is no lift in the 3 floor high Hotel Cosy.

Hotel Cosy is situated in the eastern parts of Paris by "Nation" at "Picpus". It’s an off-beat, residentail, middleclass area with both large avenues with two-floor pavillons with minuscular gardens big enough for two chairs and a table, as well as narrow streets with small restaurants, cafées and every day shops. The area around the hotel is astonishingly open and airy with several small squares and parks just at the corner of the street.
