 Hotel Ferrandi***
Paris, city of light, a city made to explore, preferably on foot. This is a task made all the easier by Hôtel Ferrandi’s extraordinary location between Boulevard St Germain and Boulevard Montparnasse, only a stroll away from the Seine River, and the narrow streets with its many antique shops, decoration boutiques, fashion stores and cafés.
HOTEL FERRANDI itself is set in a sumptuous palace from the 19th century, the perfect opportunity to experience a style that these days only exist in architecture history books or heritage houses. The very French feeling of Hotel Ferrandi owes to the effort of a perfect mixture of the elegance and the quality of the “Haute-Bourgoisie-Francais”.

No two guest rooms are alike; four poster beds, damask linen curtains, mahogany furniture and marble.
At the turn of the 20 century, this rural district was favoured by the artists of the Paris School and between the two world wars it was frequented by the lost generation of American writers. Today the streets of Montparnasse are as lively as ever with shoppers in the day while the brightly lit posters attract film lovers to the cinemas in the evening. The road crossing Boulavard Montparnasse – Rue de Rennes never sleeps. There is a quieter, residential part of the neighbourhood too, beyond the cemetery on the other side of Boulevard Montparnasse.
Next-street to Montparnasse is the St Germain des Prés area known for its lovely, small church as well as for its narrow streets, antique shops, restaurants, cafes and Jazz-clubs. Artists and intellectuals frequented this area in the post-war years but it has now turned into one of the most chic areas in Paris and houses all famous fashion labels.
